MAGIC Dance Arts’ Inclusive Initiative is designed to support recreational youth programs in creating environments where individuals of all abilities feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to participate.

To better understand each organization’s environment and practices, we focus on the following areas:

• Observe and collaborate with organizations in real-time

• Assess how diverse learners are supported

• Review the use of inclusive and affirming language

• Evaluate class structure and teaching strategies

• Identify accessibility and sensory considerations
