The pandemic has hit us hard. While balancing the safety of everyone in the MAGIC ecosystem, nearly two years without in-person dance hurt the momentum that we steadily built since 2016. Pre-pandemic, our classes were full and we were serving nearly 50 families in 3 cities. Today we are only serving 3 families.
The in-person classes experience was MAGICAL and we are slowly and safely re-implementing the program as of October 2021.
Where we need your help-
$2080 to hire a new staff member to teach weekly, in-person classes
$1560 for rent
$700 to run paid ads on Facebook to recruit staff/volunteers
$1400 to run paid ads on Facebook for new students
Any additional $ raised will go to our general fund to help maintain our Buddy Program and existing virtual and in-person classes.
